Dennis-Brooke Hirst

This past weekend I had a chance to go up to Jackson, Wyoming and shoot a couple's wedding reception photos.

No time to get all of them up yet but here's a little flavor. (edited- more pictures added)

Here are a few more...

Next to a beautiful barn.

The Grand Teton National Park offers such a unique location for an outdoor shoot.

and also amazing food...

Congratulations for Dennis and Brooke on their wedding. I have known and worked with both of them for a long time and am really happy for them. They offer a great company on the plane ride up and down even when we had such a long day. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that we flew from Logan, UT all they way up to Jackson Hole. It was quite a day to remember and also my first time eating Wy-matoes!

Eric-Lindee Olsen

Another fun shoot that I had a chance to go on was with Eric and Lindee. Eric was a long time friend and roommate of my good friend Lee. They already secured a photographer but wanted to do a fun photoshoot with me. This was shot at the LDS temple in Bountiful Utah.

A little shy and excited for the shoot.

Ahh.. the beautiful sunset.

I've been experimenting with hand/ring shots. I think these are really intimate.

Lindee wanted to shoot at the Bountiful temple because she was inspired by a photo she saw of it. We wanted to incorporate the actual temple in the pictures.

We took pictures well past twilight into night time and gladly my fixed lens held up nicely. It didn't even look like night time.

This shoot was a very cool experience for me. I really have to thank them for letting me take their photos and I wish them a very happy time.

Kelly and Sherice Anderson

This is my very first session back in 2007 when I was asked to shoot a wedding invitation for Kelly Anderson and then Sherice Bradley. They are both very long time friends of mine and a very cute couple.

It was a nice fall afternoon and a few days before their wedding reception.

Here's the first one just warming up near Utah State University where they first met

This next one is actually my favorite one.

What better fun than to have the couple play in the fall leaves.

We went to the old church in Providence where the reception was to be held.

The day ended with some goofyness.

What a beautiful and fun couple and I wish them the best! Congrats again!
